In the dreary Vermont spring of 2021, three friends, who share a passion for scoville units and radical alpine descent, sat together in their small neighborhood bar and decided to get spicy.

The phenomenon that was ignited is so elegantly simple that those who sampled the test batch knew their lives would never be the same.
